CAFM Manager

Overview

Safari Group is seeking a skilled CAFM Manager for their Riyadh, Saudi Arabia location. This full-time, onsite role involves overseeing computer-aided facility management systems to optimize maintenance, asset management, and performance tracking for large facilities management projects.

Key Responsibilities and Skills

The ideal candidate will leverage extensive experience in CAFM and CMMS to manage preventive maintenance schedules, work order systems, and service level agreement monitoring. They will lead implementation efforts for CAFM solutions and ensure accurate KPI reporting for operational excellence.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, IT, or similar disciplines.
• At least 8 years' professional experience managing CAFM/CMMS systems.
• Practical expertise in preventive maintenance planning, asset and work order management, SLA management, and KPI analytics.
• Proven capability delivering CAFM solutions on large-scale facilities management projects.
• Strong analytical abilities combined with leadership skills.
