Business Operations Analyst

About the Role

Murtech Staffing & Solutions seeks a driven and detail-oriented Business Operations Analyst to join our Cleveland office on a full-time, onsite basis. This position offers a fantastic opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals passionate about data, technology, recruiting, and operational workflows. As part of our team, you'll play a key role in maintaining data integrity, analyzing recruitment and operational analytics, supporting candidate sourcing, and assisting various teams within the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, analyze, and audit recruitment and operational data using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Perform data entry, quality assurance, and reporting activities to ensure accuracy and reliability of data.
• Develop Excel-based reports to identify trends and inform strategic business decisions.
• Oversee activities related to the Field Nation workforce management platform.
• Source candidates through job boards, professional networks, and other recruiting platforms.
• Support recruiters with managing candidate pipelines and maintaining database organization.
• Assist with general human resources, recruiting, and administrative tasks.
• Create dashboards and reports to monitor performance metrics across recruiting and operational teams.
• Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance workflow efficiencies.
• Collaborate on special projects spanning recruiting, operations, marketing, and business development initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Management, or a related discipline is required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and familiar with Google Suite products.
• Excellent organizational abilities, keen attention to detail, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Capability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment with an analytical mindset and problem-solving capacity.
• Preferred experience includes 1–2 years in business, operations, recruiting, HR, marketing, or data analysis roles or internships.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), customer relationship management (CRM) software, workforce management tools, and Microsoft Office Suite is advantageous.
