Business Intelligence Executive

Position Overview

We are seeking a Business Intelligence Executive to take charge of data collection and analysis initiatives. This role requires proficiency in SQL and Python to streamline data aggregation and develop insightful reporting dashboards. The candidate will collaborate closely with product managers, operations teams, and regional stakeholders to deliver statistical insights that enhance decision-making and business growth.

Primary Responsibilities

• Lead projects focused on gathering and analyzing data utilizing SQL and Python tools.
• Automate the processes of data collection and consolidation to create efficient reporting dashboards.
• Work alongside product, operations, and regional teams to supply business-related statistics and analytical data supporting operational insights.
• Engage with business stakeholders to understand requirements and develop small to medium-scale tools or simulation models enabling rapid achievement of key objectives.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Possession of a degree in Business, Data Science, Statistics, or a closely related field is preferred.
• Experience in leading small teams with a focus on fostering team development and providing guidance.
• Strong command of SQL is essential; knowledge of Python is advantageous.
• Demonstrated ability to initiate projects independently while exhibiting strong business insight, strategic planning, and organizational skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy and data quality.
• Capacity to deeply understand the business context and industry landscape to create impactful data connections that drive value.
