Business Development Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to lead a team of advisors, drive business growth through proactive team management, and provide ongoing training and motivation to achieve sales targets. This is an in-house position with direct company payroll.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit and build a capable team of advisors.
• Generate business opportunities through effective team leadership.
• Motivate and guide the team to consistently meet and surpass targets.
• Conduct training sessions to enhance team skills and productivity.

Candidate Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, banking, finance, or insurance-related sales.
• Graduation is required.
• Strong communication abilities.
• Must be a local candidate.
• Possession of a two-wheeler is mandatory.
• Freshers are not eligible to apply.
