Business Development Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive Business Development Manager at Spincare Laundry, based in Kolkata, West Bengal. This role involves driving customer acquisition and achieving defined sales goals through local area marketing and effective handling of B2C sales processes. The position requires coordination with various teams to maintain smooth operations and promote business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new customers to meet sales targets consistently.
• Manage business-to-consumer sales efforts and execute localized marketing initiatives.
• Develop and nurture strong customer relationships to boost repeat patronage.
• Organize tie-ups and promotional campaigns to expand brand reach.
• Prepare and maintain daily sales reports, ensuring communication with the operations team.
• Collaborate efficiently with delivery riders to support service fulfillment.

• Working hours: 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM
• Weekly off day: Thursday
• Location: Kolkata, West Bengal, India
• Compensation ranges between 14,000 to 22,000 INR monthly
