Business Development Manager (Digital Process Automation) - Full Time

As a Business Development Manager, you will hold a crucial position in enhancing our digital processes to be efficient, scalable, and future-ready, while providing the team with intelligent automations and technical solutions in daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, maintain, and improve digital processes and automation workflows.
• Create integration scenarios on Make.com and link tools such as Airtable, ClickUp, HubSpot, Google Sheets, among others.
• Monitor and troubleshoot ongoing process executions.
• Document workflows, conduct training sessions, and hand over processes to relevant team members.
• Provide first-level technical support internally for IT-related questions involving MacBooks, software tools, and user accounts.
• Serve as the contact point for digital process inquiries from management and project leadership.

Candidate Profile

• Completed degree in (Business) Informatics or equivalent experience in digital process development.
• Hands-on familiarity with No-Code/Low-Code platforms such as Make.com, Airtable, and ClickUp.
• Technical aptitude and strong self-motivation.
• Methodical working style with a process-oriented mindset.
• Excellent written and spoken German skills.
• Confident use of Apple MacBook and various digital tools.
• Professional demeanor and high reliability.
