About the Role

Smart Educator is seeking motivated, confident, and goal-oriented Business Development Executives to join their expanding team. The role involves engaging with potential students, assessing their career aspirations, and guiding them towards suitable online degree and certification options.

Responsibilities

• Initiate contact with potential students via phone calls.
• Comprehend students' needs and provide appropriate course guidance.
• Detail course specifics including features, eligibility criteria, fees, and enrollment procedures.
• Establish and nurture strong connections with prospective learners.
• Perform consistent follow-ups and maintain updates in the CRM system.
• Meet monthly admission goals.
• Collaborate with the admissions team to ensure seamless enrollment processes.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess any graduate degree.
• Open to freshers as well as candidates with experience.
• Display excellent communication and persuasive abilities.
• Show enthusiasm for sales and customer engagement.
• Have fundamental computer skills.
• Experience in sales, telecalling, BPO, counseling, or education technology is beneficial.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly salary ranges from ₹18,000 to ₹35,000 depending on experience.
