Business Development Executive - Field Operations

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and motivated Business Development Executive to join a growing healthcare services company based in Chennai. This field-based position focuses on supporting operations and fostering strong partnerships with hospitals to ensure seamless service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular visits to hospitals to ensure smooth operational processes.
• Establish and nurture relationships with hospital administrators and other key stakeholders.
• Track and monitor the quality and effectiveness of services provided within hospital environments.
• Identify any operational issues and coordinate prompt actions to resolve them.
• Collect and evaluate feedback from hospital contacts to enhance services.
• Recommend improvements derived from stakeholder inputs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee efficient service implementation.
• Maintain detailed visit logs and provide periodic updates to relevant teams.

Candidate Profile and Requirements
