Business Development Executive (BDE)

Role Overview

This position represents a crucial hiring for expanding sales in Customized Polycast's industrial product segment. The candidate must possess the ability to engage with companies and truly understand the technical nature of industrial components rather than performing mere telecalling.

Key Qualifications and Experience

• Between two and five years of experience in B2B industrial sales.
• Background in engineering or manufacturing is favored to facilitate product comprehension.
• Clear and effective communication skills.
• Willingness to conduct on-site visits to factories.
• Ability to interact confidently with departments such as Purchase, Maintenance, Production, and Engineering.
• Basic knowledge of engineering drawings and materials.
• Prior sales experience of industrial components or products is highly advantageous.
• Familiarity with the industrial market of Ahmedabad or Gujarat region is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

The offered salary ranges between ₹25,000 and ₹45,000 monthly, excluding travel reimbursements and incentives.
