Business Continuity Specialist

Position Overview

Our client, a regional multinational corporation in the logistics sector, is seeking a Business Continuity Specialist to enhance the operational efficiency and resilience of their business processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Enhance and implement the organisation's current Business Continuity Management program.
• Collaborate with operational teams to assess processes, identify gaps, and recommend improvements via thorough control tests.
• Apply Control Self-Assessment techniques to evaluate and strengthen process effectiveness.
• Ensure adherence to internal controls and risk governance policies aligned with global methodologies.
• Develop and deliver training initiatives to build and reinforce business resiliency capabilities among staff.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Risk Management, or a similar discipline.
• A minimum of three to seven years’ professional experience in Business Continuity Management.
• Practical knowledge and experience with Business Continuity Planning, Risk Management, Process Improvement, and Operational Excellence strategies.
• Familiarity with large-scale operational settings such as supply chain, logistics, or manufacturing sectors.
