Business Analyst

About the Role

Vista Bank Tchad in Dubai is looking for a meticulous Business Analyst to assess and enhance business processes by identifying areas for improvement and aiding data-driven decisions. The role involves liaising with various stakeholders to capture requirements and transform them into actionable business insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate business requirements and convert them into well-defined specifications.
• Perform research including process mapping and documenting workflows.
• Pinpoint gaps in systems or procedures and recommend effective enhancements.
• Work alongside cross-department teams to facilitate project execution.
• Create detailed reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership review.
• Assess project results ensuring they meet the strategic objectives of the organization.
• Assist with data analysis and provide insights through multiple analytical tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Information Technology or a related discipline.
• Between two and four years of experience in business analysis or a comparable position.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proven expertise in gathering and documenting requirements.
• Experience using data analytics software such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, and Tableau.
• Excellent communication skills paired with effective stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a dynamic environment.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Agile or Scrum project methodologies.
• Understanding of process improvement strategies like Lean and Six Sigma.
• Knowledge of the software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Strong aptitude for presentation crafting and reporting.
