Business Analyst

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a minimum of 5 years in the field to join our IT team. You will play a vital role in collecting and analyzing business requirements, documenting detailed functional and interface specifications, as well as non-functional requirements. Your responsibilities include preparing test cases and supporting the business team during user acceptance testing to ensure the successful adoption of IT solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements accurately to inform project direction.
• Document functional, interface, and non-functional specifications comprehensively.
• Develop test cases and assist business users in the user acceptance testing process.
• Address and analyze initial queries raised by the business team related to IT projects.
• Collaborate closely with project teams to guarantee software solutions align with business expectations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• At least 5 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst.
• Proficient in requirements analysis and documentation techniques.
• Strong analytical capabilities to evaluate and solve problems effectively.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to cultivate teamwork and collaborate efficiently among team members.
• Familiarity with Agile project methodologies.
