Position Overview

We are seeking a Business Analyst to join the Asset Management Platform team in New York City, working on technology transformation initiatives across the Americas. This role bridges business needs and technology execution by collaborating with stakeholders, Transformation, and Global Technology teams to define requirements, aid implementation, and deliver scalable solutions aligned with regional priorities.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-level technical and data analyses of potential projects to identify and define requirements and propose viable solutions.
• Collaborate closely with project sponsors to translate business goals into actionable technology initiatives.
• Maintain and manage project backlogs using Agile methodology, decomposing projects into features and further into user stories.
• Support and nurture relationships among business units, Global Technology teams, and international peers.
• Help shape and enhance best practices in Business Analysis and Project Management processes.
• Participate in testing activities to validate developed solutions.
• Provide clear, concise, and timely status updates highlighting progress, risks, and issues.
• Manage communications and expectations with various stakeholders effectively.
• Engage in cross-domain change projects across Public & Private Investments and Client functions, including vendor platform evaluations, data integration, AI capabilities, and proof-of-concept efforts.

Requirements

• Familiarity with business analysis and project management principles, tools, and methodologies.
• Experience monitoring and managing project issues, risks, and interdependencies.
• Strong reporting capabilities with proven stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge and practical use of Agile project delivery methods.
• Experience working on projects spanning multiple functional areas and geographies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated and able to prioritize and handle tasks effectively to support team objectives.
• Collaborative, inspiring team player comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing environment with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Open to feedback and responsive to other team members' ideas.

Compensation

The annual base salary for this role ranges from 110000 to 120000 USD, subject to factors such as location, experience, education, and skills.

Work Environment

Our office is located at 7 Bryant Park in New York City. We embrace a hybrid working arrangement with a requirement to be onsite three days weekly to foster innovation, collaboration, and strong relationships within our teams.
