Business Analyst

Overview

Corridor Seven Coffee Roasters invites an experienced Business Analyst with over 5 years in the field to join their team in Nagpur. The role focuses on facilitating business transformation by analyzing requirements, streamlining processes, and enabling technology-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, scrutinize, and clearly document business requirements from various stakeholders.
• Convert business needs into detailed functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Develop comprehensive documentation including BRDs, FRDs, process workflows, and use cases.
• Work closely with Product Owners, Project Managers, Developers, QA teams, and end-users to ensure alignment.
• Conduct gap and impact analyses to pinpoint areas for process optimization.
• Participate actively in Agile and Scrum rituals such as sprint planning, backlog refinement, and reviews.
• Oversee User Acceptance Testing to confirm business requirements are accurately fulfilled.
• Analyze data, generate reports, and extract actionable insights to inform strategic decisions.
• Manage evolving requirements ensuring business and technical teams remain synchronized.

Qualifications and Skills

• A minimum of 5 years professional experience as a Business Analyst.
• Expertise in requirement elicitation, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
• Solid background in Agile, Scrum, and software development lifecycle practices.
• Proficient in producing business and functional requirement documents, user stories, and process mapping.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, SQL, Excel, and Power BI.
• Strong analytical aptitude, problem-solving capabilities, and effective communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams successfully.
