Role Overview and Responsibilities

• Manage diverse market research projects throughout all phases — from project initiation, data collection, validating and analyzing data, through to generating reports and presenting to clients.
• Conduct interviews with healthcare professionals, including medical specialists across Canada.
• Extract and organize data from specified datasets and perform detailed analysis.
• Identify critical information, findings, and insights to address market research questions.
• Take initiative in managing project schedules and deliverables.
• Work collaboratively with team members handling multiple projects simultaneously.
• Contribute innovative ideas and solutions to enhance processes.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Between 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience; fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong skills in project and time management.
• Bilingualism in English and French is desirable.
• Experience in data analysis techniques.
• Effective multidisciplinary problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Familiarity with medical health terminology is advantageous.

Additional Information

Applicants must complete a two-step, 20-minute survey including a Predictive Index Assessment and a cognitive assessment provided via email following the initial test.

Salary for this role ranges from $65,000 to $75,000 annually.
