Position Overview
The Brand Communications Manager will spearhead all brand communication and social marketing initiatives for SkinCeuticals. This comprehensive role entails strategizing and implementing communication efforts across social media, influencer collaborations, public relations, and content production to serve both B2B and B2C markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic trade and consumer engagement plans, managing the social and communication marketing for SkinCeuticals.
- Partner with internal teams and external collaborators to enhance brand visibility, encourage brand loyalty, and drive sales via integrated brand, product, and B2B strategies.
- Maintain and enforce brand guidelines to ensure all communication activities align with the brand’s mission and identity.
- Accelerate digital brand expansion by identifying and collaborating with influencers across various tiers, cultivating relationships with key consumer and trade media, and engaging with prominent Clinic Partners (Medfluencers).
- Conduct thorough market and customer analyses to swiftly adapt to trends and utilize insights effectively.
- Oversee consumer market research and competitive intelligence, preparing actionable reports for Senior Management that improve performance and efficiency.
Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated expertise in end-to-end brand communication and social marketing strategies, preferably within the beauty or luxury sectors.
- Experience handling dual-focused B2B and B2C communication initiatives within the beauty industry.
- Proven track record in managing advertising and promotion (A+P) budgets with measurable ROI and campaign-driven sales results.
- Skilled in working with media agencies and preparing comprehensive briefs.
- Excellent communication capabilities to liaise effectively with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
- Self-driven with the ability to independently manage time and meet objectives.
