Branch Gold Loan Executive

Position Summary

This opportunity is for a Branch Gold Loan Executive under a 6-month internship program located near your residence within a 5 to 10 km radius. After successful completion, interns will be promoted to Junior Relationship Executive (JRE) with full-time employment.

Compensation

During the internship, a stipend ranging from ₹12,300 to ₹14,000 per month will be provided. Upon promotion to a full-time role, the salary package ranges from ₹2.5 lakh to ₹2.92 lakh per annum, which can increase up to ₹3.00 lakh per annum with performance incentives and branch bonuses.

Eligibility Criteria

• Applicants must be graduates of any discipline.
• Eligible batches include those who graduated between 2023 and 2026.
• Strong communication skills in the local or regional language are essential.
• A customer-oriented and friendly approach is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with daily gold loan operational activities including administrative data entry and backend follow-ups.
• Handle customer inquiries and build effective client relationships.
• Support sales and marketing efforts by aiding in client acquisition, retention, and running local promotional campaigns through in-house calls.
