Responsibilities

• Create and maintain detailed digital 3D building models using advanced CAD software.
• Develop and produce plans using Autodesk Revit.
• Conduct thorough quality and completeness checks of models in line with internal guidelines and BIM standards.
• Extract quantities from digital models to support cost estimation, work preparation, and tender processes.

Requirements

We are looking for professionals skilled in digital BIM modeling and familiar with modern CAD applications, especially Autodesk Revit, who are detail-oriented and committed to quality and standards.
