Billing Executive

Role Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Billing Executive based in Trichy, Tamil Nadu, to manage billing and cash counter operations with accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate the billing counter and manage cash transactions effectively.
• Generate invoices accurately and ensure correct item entries in the billing system.
• Accept payments via cash, card, or digital modes and document transactions properly.
• Handle cash with diligence and reconcile daily sales figures with accounts.
• Update and maintain detailed customer purchase records using the system.
• Work collaboratively with sales and accounts teams to ensure smooth business operations.
• Provide polite and helpful service while resolving any billing issues or customer queries.
• Follow all company policies, security measures, and financial protocols strictly.
• Assist the team during busy periods and participate in stock management as needed.

Compensation
