Role Summary

This position is for a Bengali-speaking telecaller responsible for managing patient communications and guiding them effectively within the healthcare domain, especially in women's and fertility care.

Key Responsibilities

• Handling patient calls promptly and efficiently.
• Converting potential patient leads into confirmed customers by delivering accurate service-related information.
• Assessing patient concerns to understand their issues.
• Recognizing patient requirements and encouraging hospital visits for precise diagnosis.
• Offering appropriate solutions tailored to patient needs.
• Maintaining detailed records of all patient interactions and leads in the database system.

Candidate Profile

• At least six months experience as a counselor or in a healthcare education-related role.
• Preferred candidates are female or male owing to the specialization in women's and fertility healthcare.

Additional Details

• Work location available in Pune and Kolkata.
• Proficiency in Bengali language is required.
• Monthly salary ranges between 25000 and 35000 INR.
