Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Bench Sales Recruiter with 3 to 7 years of proven expertise in promoting IT consultants (including H1B, H1 transfers, Green Card holders, US Citizens, OPT, and CPT candidates) to clients and vendors within the US market.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote available consultants to Tier 1 vendors and direct clients effectively.
• Establish and sustain strong relationships with clients and vendors to ensure ongoing opportunities.
• Assess consultants' skills and experience to identify ideal job matches.
• Negotiate compensation rates and prepare candidates for client interviews.
• Maintain a robust candidate pipeline and consistently follow up with vendors and clients.
• Keep internal databases, submission trackers, and progress reports current and accurate.
• Ensure rapid processing and turnaround for candidate submissions and interview scheduling.

Candidate Requirements

• 3 to 7 years of experience in bench sales focused on US IT staffing.
• Strong knowledge of marketing candidates holding H1B, Green Card, OPT, and US Citizenship statuses.
• Established network with vendors and clients in the US market.
• Comprehensive understanding of US employment tax terms such as W2, 1099, and C2C.
• Excellent communication abilities along with strong negotiation skills.
• Capability to work efficiently both independently and within team settings.

Additional Job Details

Location: Ayyappa Society, Madhapur, Hyderabad.
Employment Type: Full-time onsite role.
Salary Range: INR 300000 to 700000 per annum.
Eligibility: Open to any graduate.
