• Provide friendly, efficient, and professional service to all guests.
• Uphold high standards of cleanliness within the bar and restaurant areas.
• Welcome guests warmly upon arrival.
• Wear the correct uniform and maintain grooming standards as specified in the staff handbook at all times.
• Professionally address and resolve customer complaints to maintain guest satisfaction.
• Report any complaints or incidents promptly to managers or supervisors.
