Key Responsibilities

• Engage warmly with customers to deliver outstanding service and personalized experiences.
• Prepare food and beverages accurately, adhering to standard or customized recipes as requested.
• Manage cash transactions and ensure store safety measures are followed consistently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area and equipment.
• Perform various tasks during shifts to support store operations effectively.

Qualifications and Skills

• No prior experience is necessary; enthusiasm to learn is valued.
• Consistently punctual and reliable attendance, with or without accommodations.
• Availability for flexible scheduling, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions, seeking clarification when needed.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Comfortable managing responsibilities such as cash handling and maintaining a secure store environment.
• Capability to stay calm and focused in a fast-paced and dynamic work setting.
