Key Responsibilities

• Consistently prepare quality beverages, whole bean, and food products following recipe and presentation standards
• Assist with store operations including opening, closing, cash handling, and maintaining safety and security protocols
• Support colleagues during busy periods to ensure smooth store functioning
• Understand and respond proactively to customer and store needs by familiarizing yourself with the environment and clientele
• Deliver outstanding customer service with a customer-first mindset and foster genuine connections
• Keep workspace clean and organized for both customers and team members

Work Schedule
