Role Overview

We are currently looking for a skilled and passionate Barista to join our team at locations including Film Nagar, Khajaguda, Maikonda, Medicover - Financial district, and Gachibowli. This role can be full-time or part-time and centers on delivering high-quality coffee beverages with excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and espresso drinks such as single-origin pour-overs, cold brews, and artisan espresso beverages, ensuring top quality and presentation.
• Offer attentive, friendly service tailored to customer preferences, including personalized recommendations.
• Possess and demonstrate knowledge of third-wave coffee concepts, including bean origins, roast profiles, and brewing methods, and educate customers and team members.
• Manage and maintain coffee-making equipment like espresso machines and grinders, performing cleaning and basic troubleshooting.
• Support inventory tasks by ordering, receiving, and stocking coffee beans and supplies, monitoring stock levels and communicating needs to management.
• Ensure adherence to quality control standards by following recipes precisely and maintaining consistency in all prepared beverages.

Requirements

• Experience as a Barista is preferred, but a passion for coffee and eagerness to learn are essential.
• Excellent customer service and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Basic math skills helpful for transaction handling and inventory management.
• Familiarity with third-wave coffee culture and brewing techniques is an advantage, with openness to ongoing learning.
• Availability to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
