Role Overview
We are searching for a dedicated Baker to join our team in Albany, NY. Bakers are vital as the backbone of our bakery operations, starting early morning shifts (as early as 3 AM) to prepare quality bagels that define our brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, bake, and stock bagels and pastries to ensure availability throughout shifts.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent customer service, including assisting in order taking and sandwich assembly.
- Maintain high standards of food quality and cleanliness for a safe store environment.
Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Availability to work variable shifts including early mornings (from 3 AM) and weekends.
- Successful completion of background checks as per applicable laws.
- Possession of a valid state-issued driver's license may be required at some locations according to company policy.
- Tip eligibility will depend on state regulations.
