Role Overview

The Associate, Research and Advocacy is pivotal in steering client projects and producing top-tier research and communication outputs. This role involves direct collaboration with senior leadership and multidisciplinary teams to fulfill client objectives effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement client projects aligned with strategies crafted alongside senior executives.
• Assist in research, advocacy, and communication efforts for client accounts.
• Coordinate client meetings by preparing agendas, relevant documents, and documenting follow-ups.
• Conduct analyses of publicly available datasets and develop client-facing written materials.
• Maintain an openness to continuous learning and actively incorporate feedback.
• Ensure all deliverables meet stringent quality benchmarks.
• Work productively within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Required Qualifications

• Between one and five years of relevant work experience.
• Proficiency in managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
• A keen interest in education policy and related national topics.
• Strong skills in written and oral communication.
• Experience managing scheduling and office administrative responsibilities.
• A commitment to acquiring new competencies and subject matter knowledge.
• Preferred experience or familiarity with education, workforce development, or social impact sectors.

Compensation Details

The starting annual salary is set between $60,000 and $70,000, depending on expertise, experience, and geographic location. Salary offers reflect equitable internal pay standards and consider future growth potential.
