Role Overview

We are looking for an Associate Product Manager with 1 to 2 years of experience in user-centered product management. You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, researchers, marketers, and engineers to drive successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Support product managers in defining Trinka’s long-term vision, goals, metrics, and strategy.
• Help translate strategic plans into actionable short- and medium-term objectives.
• Analyze data and user behavior to assist in project prioritization.
• Collaborate with AI, Agentic AI, and machine learning researchers to ensure accurate metrics guide the product roadmap and success measurement.
• Implement best practices for project deployment and delivery with a focus on thorough testing and monitoring.

Required Experience and Skills

• Minimum 1 year of product management experience, preferably with productivity SaaS products, and a proven record of delivering user-friendly products.
• Proficient in leveraging both quantitative (metrics, analytics) and qualitative (user feedback, usability studies, behavioral research) data to prioritize product features.
• Capable of performing data analysis independently, including writing SQL queries and using relevant tools.
• Experienced in working within diverse and inclusive product teams.
• Committed to monitoring and observability; understands that projects are only complete once a minimum success threshold is achieved.
• Embraces product management as a collaborative effort and thrives in highly interactive, user-experience focused startup environments.
• Strong interest in Root Cause Analysis techniques.

Preferred Qualifications

• Possession of a Ph.D. from a recognized university or significant collaboration experience with notable research groups for at least one year.
• At least one year of work experience within STEM industries such as publishing, educational technology, or research technology.
