• Champion customer perspectives by understanding and building product features centered on user needs.
• Collaborate to create the product roadmap aligning customer and business priorities.
• Conduct market research, experimentation, user testing, and data analysis to deeply understand customers and refine product user experiences.
• Establish and assess metrics that evaluate product success.
• Lead cross-functional teams with minimal managerial oversight to achieve product outcomes.
