Position Overview
The Associate, Instructional Design will play a key role in creating, delivering, assuring quality, and maintaining e-learning training materials for Cogstate products and staff development. This role involves transforming content provided by internal subject matter experts into engaging, effective training modules primarily designed to educate external professionals on proper Central Nervous System (CNS) assessment methods within clinical trials.
Key Responsibilities
- Refine and transform raw content from internal scientific experts into polished eLearning courses and training materials, ensuring alignment with company branding and process standards.
- Incorporate feedback actively to update and improve courses regularly.
- Ensure all deliverables are accurate, high quality, and submitted within deadlines.
- Support quality control by reviewing courses developed by peers.
- Update course content corresponding to product or software patch releases.
- Create and edit PowerPoint presentations for both internal and external audiences.
- Stay informed about Articulate Storyline 360 updates and utilize new features effectively.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is required.
- Proficient and experienced in Articulate Storyline 360, preferably including familiarity with its AI tools.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in eLearning development.
