Job Overview

We are seeking an Associate specializing in Corporate & Startup Advisory to join our Bengaluru office. Candidates must have an LL.B. degree and be enrolled with the Bar Council of India. The role focuses on providing legal support in corporate advisory, startup consulting, contract management, compliance, FEMA regulations, Companies Act, legal research, and commercial transactions.

Responsibilities

• Offer advisory services in corporate law and startup frameworks.
• Draft, review, and manage contracts and legal documents.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including FEMA and the Companies Act.
• Conduct thorough legal research supporting commercial transactions.
• Collaborate on commercial and legal advisory projects within the firm.

Requirements

• Possession of an LL.B. degree specializing in Corporate Law.
• Mandatory enrollment with the Bar Council of India.
• 0 to 3 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) in corporate or startup legal advisory.
