About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Associate Accountant to join our growing team at Inquisitive Consultancy Private Limited in Bhopal. This position is ideal for freshers looking to build a career in finance and accounting within a dynamic educational consulting company dedicated to fostering organizational growth and learning excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update records for cash, bank transactions, ledgers, and journal entries.
- Accurately log daily financial transactions and perform account reconciliations.
- Assist in preparing key financial statements including Balance Sheets, Profit & Loss Accounts, and other comprehensive financial reports.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable activities diligently.
- Handle processing for vendor payments, salary disbursements, and reimbursements.
- Monitor and analyze cash flow and generate monthly financial summaries.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of GST, TDS, and other statutory filings.
- Provide support during audits and ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
- Compile Management Information System (MIS) reports for internal use.
- Liaise effectively with banks, vendors, and various internal departments.
- Contribute to budgeting efforts and financial planning exercises.
Candidate Requirements and Skills
- Graduation or postgraduation in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance preferred.
- Previous experience or exposure to accounting or bookkeeping is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP/Prime, MS Excel, and GST compliance knowledge is essential.
- Strong foundational understanding of accounting principles and practices.
Compensation and Other Details
The role offers an annual salary package of ₹1,200,001. Immediate joining is expected, and interested candidates should apply prior to the deadline of September 10, 2026.
