Role overview

For the new Ennigerloh site in North Rhine-Westphalia, Arvato is looking for an Assistant Supervisor in Logistics to support the daily warehouse operation with a special focus on healthcare logistics. The role is based onsite and is initially limited to two years, with the possibility of a long-term future. The position suits someone who feels at home in warehouse logistics and wants to take on more responsibility in a dynamic, innovative setting.

Key duties

• Act as the first operational point of contact for employees within your area and support them with day-to-day questions.
• Coordinate daily staffing and assign work tasks closely together with the team leaders.
• Onboard, train and instruct new colleagues.
• Maintain warehouse data in SAP, prepare statistics and analyses, and monitor logistics KPIs in your area.
• Take responsibility for occupational safety and ensure that all relevant rules and compliance requirements are followed.

Required profile

• Completed training as a warehouse logistics specialist, warehouse clerk, or an equivalent qualification.
• Several years of practical experience in warehouse logistics.
• Confident use of MS Office and experience with an ERP or inventory management system such as SAP.
• Very good written and spoken German skills.
• Strong organisational skills, a high standard of quality, and enjoyment of teamwork.
