As the Assistant Store Manager, you will support the Store Manager in achieving the store's sales targets, ensuring smooth daily operations, and fostering a positive, motivating workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in driving store sales and achieving business goals.
• Lead by example with a strong work ethic and proactive approach.
• Oversee visual merchandising, stock management, health and safety, and store security.
• Encourage and motivate the team to deliver excellent customer service and meet performance standards.
• Support team supervision and develop leadership skills within the store environment.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Previous leadership or supervisory experience in retail or other industries.
• Strong dedication and eagerness to learn and develop professionally.
• Dependable, proactive, and takes pride in quality work.
• Natural leadership qualities with ability to inspire teammates.
• Passion or interest in camping, boating, or fishing; product experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
• People-oriented with confidence to support and empower the team.
• Knowledge of visual merchandising, stock control, health and safety, and store security procedures.
