Assistant Store Leader (Product & Operations) - Dublin

The Assistant Store Leader will collaborate closely with the Store Leader to ensure that the retail location operates efficiently and effectively while consistently delivering outstanding customer service. Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily store functions to ensure smooth operational flow.
• Maintain an organized and tidy stockroom, taking ownership of shipment processes and holding the team accountable for meeting productivity goals.
• Oversee inventory levels, facilitate in-store stock replenishment, assure size availability on the sales floor, and escalate sell-through issues to Store Leadership.
• Handle accurate management of damaged products, returns, donations, and inventory discrepancies.
• Train and communicate operational standards and brand expectations clearly to store associates to ensure consistent execution.
• Enforce compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and security measures.
• Manage supply procurement, keep appropriate stock levels, and control related budgeting.
• Oversee maintenance and updates of in-store technology and share relevant information with the team.
• Contribute to the development and execution of sales strategies aimed at meeting or exceeding targets.
• Analyze sales trends and reports to provide actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards by organizing products attractively and planning new launches using customer insights and business data.
• Collaborate with the Store Leader and staff to create engaging store environments that highlight products and attract customers.
• Keep product displays and signage current with new arrivals, promotions, and seasonal changes, adapting quickly to sales performance.
• Ensure the store environment is clean, orderly, and maintained, including fixturing and general upkeep.
• Play a principal role in inventory checks and overseeing merchandise replenishment.
• Coordinate with partners on assortment, allocation, and logistics feedback.
• Communicate product focuses and objectives weekly/monthly, guiding the team towards achieving these goals.
• Educate team members as the in-store expert on product knowledge, launches, and design inspiration.

Candidate Requirements

• Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience managing store associates effectively.
• Strong organizational skills to handle store operations such as inventory control, cash management, and staff scheduling.
• Solid understanding of customer service principles with a dedication to delivering exceptional experiences.
• Ability to resolve customer issues promptly to maintain satisfaction.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and aptitude for handling store-related challenges.
• Effective communicator capable of engaging both customers and team members.
• Knowledge of sales techniques and motivational skills to help the team reach targets.
• Capacity to stand and be physically active throughout shifts, including bending, reaching, and regularly handling items up to 40 pounds.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime as operational needs require.
• Preference against influencer-type responsibilities.

Compensation

This position offers a pay rate of $32.00 per hour.
