Key Responsibilities

• Manage overall restaurant operations, focusing on financial outcomes, customer satisfaction, and staff development.
• Provide leadership and coaching to team members, holding regular individual meetings with department heads to foster professional growth.
• Track business objectives using KPIs and implement strategies to enhance performance.
• Ensure consistently high standards in service and presentation to make every guest feel welcomed as part of the LPM community.
• Work closely with the international team to ensure local operations align with LPM Group’s strategic vision.
• Keep abreast of industry trends to maintain LPM’s competitive edge and innovation in the market.
• Collaborate with Marketing and PR partners to boost brand presence and encourage guest engagement.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in a business or related field.
• Two to three years of leadership experience in the hospitality sector at a senior level.
• In-depth knowledge of Mediterranean cuisine and luxury dining settings.
• Strong skills in leadership, mentoring, guest relations and handling complaints, time management, organizational skills, analytical thinking, reporting, and business growth.
• A customer-centric approach focused on crafting memorable dining experiences.
