Role Overview

As an Assistant Online Manager at Woolworths Group in Mount Gambier, you will embark on a rewarding path into retail leadership. Supported by the Store Leadership Pathway, this role offers a foundation in key leadership and departmental skills, positioning you for future growth. You will actively contribute to daily department operations and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure both a superior customer shopping experience and a positive work environment for your team.

Work Hours

Rostered shifts from Monday to Sunday between 7:00 AM and 9:00 PM.
