Assistant Manager / Manager - Key Account Management (Ecommerce)

About the Role

The position aims to efficiently manage all front-end operations associated with servicing ecommerce accounts and maintaining strong client relationships to drive and expand business revenue.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with supply chain and account operations teams to enhance business efficiency metrics such as stock availability and order fulfillment rates.
• Maintain commercial discipline by ensuring timely payment collections and conducting quarterly reconciliations alongside the commercial team.
• Manage claims within budget limits and ensure monthly settlements with the commercial team.
• Lead strategic negotiations and finalizations of Terms of Trade (TOTs) and agreements with support from relevant teams.
• Drive high-level alignment with key accounts through top-tier engagement.
• Develop and implement tailored business strategies and roadmaps for individual accounts, including planning and executing strategic initiatives.
• Conduct Joint Business Planning (JBP) and review sessions every 30, 60, and 90 days with accounts.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience managing key accounts within the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry.
• Expertise in handling major key accounts such as Zepto, Blinkitt, Swiggy Instamart, Amazon, and similar ecommerce platforms.
