Assistant - Inventory Control

Position Objective

Oversee inventory and stock management for two brands across the UAE and other GCC nations, handling order placements for all import and export shipments.

Key Responsibilities

• Track inventory quantities and movement regularly.
• Keep daily logs of shipments and invoices to identify products requiring restock.
• Execute effective inventory control procedures.
• Collaborate with various departments to manage inventory cohesively.
• Set up and organize cost control mechanisms.
• Produce reports related to Food & Beverage controls.
• Manage food and beverage control systems and operational standards.
• Perform variance analysis specifically for food and beverage items.
• Monitor consumption patterns of menu items.
• Assist with incentive program support.
