Role Overview

We are seeking an Artificial Intelligence Specialist to join our Singapore team. This role involves close collaboration with engineering teams, stakeholders, and delivery leads to support and execute technology projects effectively. The ideal candidate exhibits strong technical expertise paired with a disciplined and responsible delivery approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI applications and agents for enterprise environments.
• Create AI-driven workflows leveraging n8n, preferably self-hosted, incorporating complex automation, custom node creation, and robust error management.
• Develop intelligent AI agents equipped with tool integration, memory, and capability for multi-step reasoning.
• Construct and manage Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using vector databases.
• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems via REST APIs and other interfaces.
• Develop reusable AI services for consumption by various applications.
• Work alongside infrastructure and app teams to deploy scalable AI systems.
• Troubleshoot, refine, and improve AI workflows and automation pipelines.
• Participate in AI architecture design, prototyping, and ongoing enhancement processes.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proficiency with Claude Code tools.
• Extensive experience utilizing n8n in a self-hosted setting, including workflow complexity and error handling.
• Strong programming skills in Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Solid understanding of machine learning and AI foundational concepts such as model inference, embeddings, tokenization, and fine-tuning techniques.
• Hands-on experience building AI agents with memory, tool usage, and multi-step logic.
• Practical knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation frameworks and vector databases like Qdrant, Weaviate, or Chroma.
• Familiarity with Hugging Face models and Jupyter Notebook environments.
• Good command of REST API design, JSON format, OAuth, and API key security.
• Comfortable operating in Linux and command-line interface workflows.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving aptitude.
