Position Overview
Our client is searching for a skilled Art Director in the Premium Product Experience (PPX) segment to join their elite creative team. This role emphasizes crafting sophisticated, cutting-edge creative assets across digital platforms including websites, social media, and integrated marketing channels.
The position is hybrid and based across several U.S. locations: New York, NY; Chicago, IL; McLean, VA; or Richmond, VA.
Primary Responsibilities
- Lead the design of digital content for web properties, social media, and integrated marketing efforts.
- Conceptualize and execute refined, modern digital creative solutions.
- Design and enhance digital design systems and component kits within Figma.
- Ensure brand consistency and progressively refine visual standards across various channels.
- Create engaging social media creatives customized for diverse platforms and target audiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Creative, Brand, Marketing, and UX to develop strategic creative outputs.
- Utilize insights and business goals to develop impactful creative content that rises above competition.
- Present ideas and work clearly, incorporate feedback skillfully, and manage concurrent projects adhering to deadlines.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent military experience.
- Minimum three years of professional design experience spanning multiple digital and marketing channels.
- Proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite tools—Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
- A compelling portfolio showcasing contemporary, high-end visual design and strategic creative works focused on digital/web and social channels.
- Strong grasp of visual design fundamentals including branding, typography, and composition.
- Ability to operate efficiently within set brand guidelines and digital design frameworks.
Preferred Experience
- Background in luxury, premium brands, travel, financial services, or related sectors.
- Exposure to enterprise-level design standards and digital design systems.
- History of contributing to or managing digital design component libraries and Figma assets.
- Experience with UX design, particularly web design integration with digital systems.
- Skills involving video, animation, photography, or multimedia creative direction.
- Proven capacity to deliver sophisticated, premium digital experiences.

- Hourly pay estimated between $44 and $49 (actual pay is subject to factors such as experience and location).
