About the Role

The Cornish Bakery invites passionate and innovative individuals to step into the role of Area Head Barista, where you'll inspire and train bakery teams across the South area while championing the finest coffee experience. Primary Duties

• Impart your expertise and enthusiasm for excellent coffee to Head Baristas throughout the South region.
• Provide training and coaching to bakery teams to ensure consistent delivery of exceptional coffee.
• Craft the World’s Best Coffee and uphold superior customer service standards.
• Prepare award-winning food items and maintain exemplary bakery hygiene and presentation.
• Collaborate closely with management in operating bakery locations efficiently.
• Regularly calibrate and maintain coffee machines and grinders for optimal espresso quality.
• Participate as a proactive team member committed to continuous improvement.
