10 Design is a global architecture and master planning firm headquartered in London, with an international team of 300 architects and designers across nine studios worldwide, including locations such as Hong Kong, San Francisco, Dubai, and Singapore. The practice delivers projects ranging from individual buildings to entire urban schemes, covering master planning, mixed-use developments, retail, hospitality, residential, research and science facilities, as well as civic and cultural projects. Role Overview

10 Design is seeking skilled Architects to join the London studio with 1 to 6 years of post-qualification experience. Successful candidates will work on a diverse portfolio of projects, supporting a growing international and UK workload. The role offers the chance to engage with large-scale masterplans as well as smaller-scale developments in a collaborative and creative studio environment.

Key Responsibilities and Opportunities

• Contribute design expertise across a variety of project types including mixed-use, retail, hospitality, residential, research, civic, and cultural developments.
• Engage in design-led architectural practice delivering projects primarily at larger scale but also smaller schemes where quality is paramount.
• Collaborate closely with a global network of studios within the 10N Collective, gaining exposure to international projects.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

• Exceptional design capabilities across various project stages.
• Effective verbal and graphic communication and presentation skills.
• Team-oriented approach with strong collaborative abilities.
• Experience within a design-focused architectural practice, preferably including UK or international projects.
• Eligible to work in the UK, holding ARB registration or its international equivalent.
• Proficient use of Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino, Photoshop, and InDesign.

Additional Preferred Skills

• Skilled hand drawing and sketching for concept development and presentations.
• Advanced proficiency with Rhino or Revit software.
• Experience working on projects in the Middle East region, including Dubai and Saudi Arabia.
• Experience with RIBA Work Stages 4 and 5 or comparable international stages.
