Architect CAD & Construction Documentation

Role Overview

We are looking for a meticulous Architect specializing in CAD and construction documentation to develop detailed technical drawings, floor plans, and electrical schematics. This position allows remote work, focusing on maintaining high standards in project quality and documentation accuracy.

Primary Duties

• Draft precise floor plans and elevation drawings.
• Create extensive CAD documents for architectural and engineering needs.
• Prepare detailed Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) annotations.
• Generate and label multi-sheet electrical schematic diagrams compliant with industry standards.
• Design and assess printed circuit board (PCB) layouts.

Preferred Qualifications

• At least three years of recent experience in architectural CAD and construction documentation.
• Competence with professional 2D and 3D CAD software as well as PCB layout applications.
• Strong knowledge of GD&T principles and schematic diagram interpretation.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational capabilities.
• Advanced proficiency in English communication.
