Architect

Role Overview

The architect will be entrusted with the complete responsibility of establishing new company-owned centers, from conceptual design to execution and long-term upkeep.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and develop center layouts and detailed architectural designs.
• Closely monitor ongoing construction work to ensure compliance with plans and standards.
• Coordinate and supervise vendors and contractors throughout the project lifecycle.
• Perform regular site inspections to uphold rigorous quality control and safety protocols.
• Address and resolve any challenges encountered during site activities promptly.
• Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure on-schedule and on-cost delivery.
• Account for future maintenance needs to enhance center durability and operational performance.

Qualifications

A minimum educational qualification of B. Arch. or equivalent is required.
