About the Role

Devploy Technologies is recruiting AR Callers for their Pune office, focused on US Healthcare accounts receivable management. The position involves managing insurance follow-ups, denial handling, and resolving claims effectively within the healthcare revenue cycle.

Responsibilities

• Perform follow-ups with insurance providers to ensure timely payment processing.
• Efficiently handle denials and work towards their resolution.
• Manage claims and maintain accurate records to support payment posting and reconciliation.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of one year experience in AR calling within the US Healthcare sector.
• Proficient English communication skills essential for voice-based client interaction.
• Career gap should not exceed six months.
• Preference for candidates up to 40 years old.
• Must be willing to work night shifts from 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM.
• Immediate joining availability is highly desired.

Additional Information

This role offers fixed night shift hours and candidates who can join immediately are prioritized. Graduation is not mandatory, making it accessible for various educational backgrounds.
