Apprentice Technician

Position Overview

Joe Duffy Group is searching for driven and motivated Apprentice Technicians to join our BMW service team located in Charlestown, Dublin 11 (Exit 5, M50). Apprenticeship Details

This apprenticeship runs for a minimum of four years and follows a structured modular system alternating seven training phases: four on-the-job training sessions and three off-the-job learning phases. Throughout your apprenticeship, you will develop the skills to perform vehicle maintenance and repairs, accurately diagnose faults, and ensure all service work complies with manufacturer and industry standards.

Upon successful completion, apprentices receive a nationally and internationally recognized FETAC/QQI Level 6 Advanced Certificate Craft qualification.

Candidate Profile

Applicants should hold a minimum grade in English, Mathematics, and a Science subject. Ideal candidates demonstrate enthusiasm, dedication, and analytical thinking, alongside excellent customer care and professionalism. A valid full and clean Irish or EU driving license and eligibility to work full-time in the EU are mandatory requirements.
