Overview
We are seeking an Application Support Engineer to act as software detectives who identify and resolve issues across multiple critical business system components. You will collaborate with diverse teams to troubleshoot and maintain smooth functioning of essential applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for Salesforce-related technologies.
- Lead and coordinate team efforts and influence team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams to contribute to important technical and operational decisions.
- Provide problem-solving solutions both to your immediate team and across other teams.
- Conduct knowledge sharing sessions to boost team skills and expertise.
- Monitor system performance actively and address potential issues proactively.
Professional and Technical Skills
- Demonstrated expertise in Salesforce Development including proficiency in Apex programming and Visualforce.
- Experience with Salesforce Lightning components and development frameworks.
- Knowledge of Salesforce APIs and integration methods.
- Capability to diagnose and fix Salesforce environment issues.
Additional Information
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Salesforce Development is required.
