Role Overview

This position offers a dynamic mix of strategic and hands-on responsibilities focused on logistics operations. The Analyst-I in Logistics will ensure operational excellence by aligning business stakeholder priorities with frontline team activities. This role demands a continuous improvement mindset and strong customer focus. Key areas include logistics support, warehouse operations, and inventory management.

Primary Responsibilities

• Manage system integration tasks, specifically handling interfaces between SAP and external Warehouse Management Systems, including hands-on experience with SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), and troubleshoot interface issues.
• Conduct thorough inventory reconciliation, including stock counts, annual audits, and reconciling physical stock against system data.
• Resolve blocked stock issues by performing root cause analysis and coordinating with stakeholders to release inventory and free up storage.
• Oversee stock transportation processes including warehouse-to-warehouse reallocations, plant-to-plant transfers, sample order processing, and special sales.
• Manage pallet destruction procedures, including execution of transaction codes for stock clearance and system write-offs.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices that enhance overall operational efficiency.

Key Interactions

• Coordinate with supply chain stakeholders across multiple markets, transporters, shippers, and direct order customers.
• Involve in business processes related to logistics, invoicing, warehouse management, control tower operations, carrier and shipper management, along with documentation and compliance.
• Collaborate closely with global operations teams, Global Business Services, Global Logistics, Supply Planning, and IT departments within Kraft Heinz.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Minimum 4 to 6 years of experience in logistics operations, with significant exposure to warehousing and invoice operations.
• Proficient with SAP ECC and SAP EWM; additional knowledge of ARIBA and Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) is a plus.
• Strong hands-on approach with a customer-centric attitude and a demonstrated bias towards action.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with strong written and verbal communication abilities; fluency in English is mandatory.
