Quick Cooling Solutions is seeking skilled HVAC professionals to join their team in Guwahati, Assam, providing expert services on various home appliance cooling equipment.

Job Role and Responsibilities

The role involves installation, demonstration, repair, and maintenance of a range of cooling appliances including all types of air conditioners, deep freezers, visicoolers, ice cube machines, kitchen freezers, water coolers, and water dispensers. Technicians will perform gas charging and jet pump service tasks with expertise.

Technical Requirements

Candidates must have strong practical knowledge in gas charging, installation, repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting of HVAC and related equipment. Hands-on diagnostics skills are essential.

Experience and Skills

Applicants should have proven experience in HVAC installation, repair, and maintenance. Knowledge of safety standards, regulations, and environmental guidelines is required. Candidates must demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills, both written and verbal, alongside a positive attitude towards teamwork and customer service. Full availability and commitment especially during the summer season is expected.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary offered ranges from Rs. 10,000 to Rs. 20,000 per month, depending on skills and knowledge. The company provides accommodation, PF and ESIC benefits, accident insurance, meal and travel allowances, yearly bonuses, and performance incentives.
